Our Story

Made Nu was created with a simple belief: beautiful things can carry purpose, and scent has the power to transform a space—sometimes even a life.

We began as an intimate candle bar experience, where guests gathered to slow down, create, and pour their own candles. What started as a simple moment of creativity quickly became something more. After each event, guests would ask the same question:

“Do you sell these candles?”

They had fallen in love with the fragrances—the warmth, the atmosphere, the feeling they created. That curiosity became the spark that would eventually grow into Made Nu Candle Co.

FROM EXPERIENCE TO PURPOSE

A Spark That Became Something More

In late 2024, the candle bar began to grow beyond what we imagined. What
began as experiences soon became a mission.

Proceeds from those early candle bar events helped fund a mission trip to Africa in October 2025. During that time, we had the privilege to serve and provide food, clothing, clean water, and educational support to families and communities in need. It was a powerful reminder that something as simple as light can travel far beyond a room.

Because of that experience, Made Nu became more than a candle company. It
became a way to create impact through something beautiful.

In December 2025, we introduced our first signature candle collection through a small storefront in SoHo, New York City. The response was incredibly encouraging. By the end of the first day, nearly the entire collection had found new homes.

That moment confirmed something we already believed: people aren’t just
looking for products. They are looking for meaning, connection, and intention
in the things they bring into their homes.

Today, Made Nu continues that journey through our online store so we can reach more homes, more hearts, and more communities around the world.

LIGHT WITH PURPOSE

Every candle we create is hand-poured with clean coconut soy wax and thoughtfully crafted fragrance blends designed to elevate everyday spaces.

But the purpose goes beyond scent. A portion of every purchase helps support initiatives that uplift women and children in need. Our next mission is already ahead of us: returning to serve communities in Peru in August 2026.

When you light a Made Nu candle, you are not just filling a room with fragrance. You are helping carry light a little further into the world.
